Reed R. Wickham
Reed began practicing in the area of workers’ compensation in 2016 when he was hired at the Firm. Three years of prior experience in Social Security disability prepared him to handle the often complex medical and legal issues involved with representing employers, third-party administrators, and insurance carriers in workers’ compensation claims and related matters.
Reed graduated from the University of Pacific, McGeorge School of Law in 2012 with distinction. Before graduating, Reed had clerkships in both the public and private sectors, including one year with Olson, Hagel, and, Fishburn LLP. He did his undergraduate studies at University of California Riverside, where he obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science/International Relations.
Reed is a member of the State Bar of California and the worker’s compensation law section of the State Bar of California. He is also active in the North Bay Worker’s Compensation Association.
The practice of law gives me a sense of satisfaction through involvement with new challenges each and every day. No two cases are the same, and the law is ever-evolving to compensate for modern interpretation of familiar concepts. Each day I am eager to solve new puzzles by piecing together fact, law, and legal argument in pursuit of the best outcome for my client.
Outside the office, I try to fill my life with as many captivating activities as I possible. This takes on a multitude of forms including: snowboarding, wine tasting, or kayaking to name a few. More important than the activity is who I share these adventures with. My wife and I always include our friends and families (including dogs) to complete the experience.
